HMG Speaker Series events include intimate discussions with authentic composers and arrangers. Though geared towards students in high school and university music programs, the HMG Speaker Series are designed to make orchestral presentation less intimidating for music students of all levels. Students of all disciplines will be able to envision careers in composition and arranging–all through the lens of music that is familiar and accessible to them.<\/p>\n

For generations, Dr. Benjamin Wright has established himself as a staple in the fabric of music as an arranger, composer, music director, and producer. Dr. Wright has received multiple GRAMMYs over the decades, from his work with artists spanning from Michael Jackson and Earth, Wind, & Fire to OutKast and Justin Timberlake. He is published by Arrangers\u2019 Publishing Company, Educational Programs Publications, and National Music Works.<\/p>\n

He is co-author of: Musical iPad, The iPad in the Music Studio, Recording in the Digital World, Finale: An Easy Guide to Music Notation, and Sibelius: A Comprehensive Guide to Music Notation.
